Hello,
Have you installed the EB2 USB drivers?

If you have and still not working for you then please can you send us your project .fcfx file and we will check that for you.

Have you installed the USB drivers that BenR posted a link to?
There are two ways of checking the drivers are installed and the board is connected ot the PC OK.
1. The USB LED on the board will keep flashing about every second.
2. Within the device manager look for Custom USB Devices.
it should show BL0011 Ghost2 PIC Programmer (or similar)
If it does not then the drivers are probably not instaled.
Another thing to check is that you have not accidentally moved the 5V/3V3 switch from fully being on the 5V or 3V3 settings.
So just see if the switch is fully in the correct position.
If you are still having issues then can you use the Attachments tab and post the Project name .msg.tst file within your project directory.
In your case, it will be
To do that, you will need to select
Full Editor & Preview button

Hi Result ish. The device is showing but driver not available. Do I download the 32 bit driver or 64 bit driver?

It depends on your windows operating system.
If you type
within the search on the taskbar, a window should pop up showing you 32bit or 64 bit windows.
You will need to use the file that's relevant to your windows version
