Hi Wayne
I have not changed anything regarding your licence.
I just refreshed it, so it might not make any difference.
Can you try reactivating again, please?
If it's still the same, I will send an internal email so my colleagues can assist you further.

it will now register ok but still have problem i can use the basic ESP32 but i have purchased ESP chip pack which is what i was registering.

Hi Wane.
At least you are getting further, which is great.
The Red exclamation mark is just a bug with v10 I can confirm it has been fixed with a later release which will be made available asap.
You definitely have got ESP pack as I have checked your license, so the issue should not be down to your licence, but some other issue.
If it was down your licence , you will just see a message stating You do not have a valid licence.
If you can post your .fcfx project and .msg.txt files then it will be investigated for you.
Do you still get the issue if compiling a blank project?

Those red exclamation marks showing in the "Choose a target" screen should not prevent you from using and compiling to ESP chips if you have an ESP chip-pack. The bug is a visual one only where items under the "misc" category are mistakenly shown with a red exclamation mark even though they can be used.

Hi

I can confirm the above. When selecting a particular ESP it had the exclamation mark (which disappeared when the chip then appeared under "recent") but still compiled.
