Simple way to read time via internet?

Does anyone have a simple way to read the time from the internet?
Most of the time this is done via NIST servers, but my first read is that this is complex?
I want to use an ESP32 to read the time.
Any ideas?

Hi
If you do a search in the forum, Benj (I think) posted about using the ESPs built in RTC, but as that was quite inaccurate he updated the clock with the time from the internet every so often.
I'd look myself but due to travel a phone screen isn't great.
Regards
EDIT
Phones aren't great but this should point you in the direction

Oh my! I'm getting old!
I've used this component (ESP real time clock) before.
I'm embarrassed that I forgot about this feature.
Thanks for reminding me!
