Flowcode Support Board

I buy licence for Pic 8 bit and Basic IO. But my Flowcode do not work. It write that keys already in use. But my Flowcode do not work. What me to do please?

There has been a power cut, so a server was affected that thas licences stored on it.
I will email a member of staff that will need to refresh your licence.
Please bear with it as staff is not at Matrix HQ until Monday.
Have you tried refreshing your licence?
Go to Help, Licensing, Manage, My Flowcode Licence & reenter your user name and password?

I made it now. I will see is it works now or not. I let you know later.
