Component Creation - Auto Call Macro on Switch Change

Hello,
Here I create a simple switch component that will automatically be polled using a simulation timer event and allow a user macro to be called whenever the switch changes state. Please note this will only work for App Inventor but a similar thing could be done on embedded by using a timer interrupt.
