I came back to tell where the glitch really was.
Now my device has a keyboard with RGB buttons based on the WS2811 IC.
I used to have the following parameters HSI(8M)/2 and PLL multiplier x2. Now i change PLL to x8 and project frequency to 32M. WS2811 stop glitching. This is probably worth mentioning to the wiki. Perhaps this approach will improve performance with other components as well.
