Having an Academic license of Flowcode allows the Institution to issue temporary licenses to Students. These licenses allow Students to use Flowcode at home, the licenses are timed and will expire.

What is the maximum number licenses that can be issued?

There is no expiry as such for Flowcode v9 student licences. Once a student licence has been issued, the student can keep it forever. It does not allow for commercial use and does not qualify for automatic updates to a later version, so can only be used as-is in a home/hobbyist setting. In addition, student licences are not transferrable and intended for the named student only.

We issue a maximum of 100 licences per institution site licence per year. Each year, the institution can renew their licences and should let us know via the contact us form in the "support" menu of the Flowcode.co.uk site.
