Macro Parameters - Drag to rearrange

Not sure I'd call this a bug - but a boost to productivity...
Add several parameters to a macro - and it possible to 'drag' them around to rearrange them (sometimes necessary when adding a new parameter to an existing macro for example).
Almost - it is possible to drag items from the bottom of the parameter list up and 'eventually' get them into the desired order - but it isn't smooth at present...
Also would it be possible to have 'groups' in constant / variable sections (similar to those in properties) - it's good to use constants but large numbers of them can get a bit 'cluttered' (it is possible to minimise the whole section). Also would it be possible to sort constants by value (as well as alphabetically) - maybe by clicking at the top of the column.
Also - one post many queries...
Currently starting the 'create new variable' doesn't give focus to the name field - it would be very good if it could do this - please...
