Hello.
Did you download the toolchain from here?
Have you updated your component database?
Help > Library Updates..
Change Files in-use to Full database
Click Yes for the warning for this might take a long time
Then click on Download.
You need to refresh your project (File > Reload)
Then try to compile again.
If still not working can you attach the .msg.txt file.

If you look at File > Global Settings... > Locations tab
Check the ESP: path matches the path the ESP toolchain was installed, e.g. C:\FC_ESP
