Sorry, this is not going to be an easy quick fix.
Do you still have the original toolchain installed, before we added our own toolchain?
It was using esp-idf-tools-setup-2.3.exe

No I am not sure about the tool chain, it´a while ago I installed, has there been some update I think it was IDF5.xx so I could use all the C and S model do you recommend I try to download the toolchain again from MM and try to install again, and if, should I then uninstall the old first?

The toolchain: ESP toolchain found at "C:\FC_ESP\frameworks\esp-idf-v5.3.1\ Is there a newr?

Sorry, no.
Reinstalling the toolchain won't make any difference.
We are discussing behind the scenes to see what options should work.
What has made more of a challenge is the files that esp-idf-tools-setup-2.3.exe used to download have changed, which has shoved a spanner in the works.

If trying to fix this device in FC will affect other devices and it is too difficult and give to many trouble, Martin, then for my sake I can easily live without this device

I only see it as a tiny, rapid unit and fast to use in small project.
