Flowcode Support Board

Hi guys

I'm trying to use pwm with Atmega85 using 8Mhz internal oscillator .
The result is way off and unstable . Instead of 38khz the output is starting from 13khz and dropping slowly to 8khz or lower .
Any suggestions ?
