Hi Team!

I have a question regarding the Software Assurance for Flowcode 11.

Will Flowcode users receive a notification when their current Software Assurance period is approaching its expiry date, including information about the renewal cost and how to renew it?

In other words, will there be a reminder before the annual Software Assurance payment becomes due, so that users can decide whether they wish to continue with the service?

I think it would be useful to know how this will be handled in practice.

Yes - there will be a notification (email and in Flowcode itself) around a month before the payment is due.

Some customers who have an anniversary payment due soon will not have received a notification yet. This will happen soon.
