changing inputs and access to ccp pins for input

For my project I need inputs with TTL inputs (logic 0: <=.8V ,logic 1:>=2.4V).
I guess this can be easily done by changing the voltage divider at the inputs.
Does anybody know which resistors are assigned to the input pins?

Further I need pin RC2 (CCP1) and RC1(CCP2) or RB3 (alternate pin for CCP2 ...
