ERROR "usb cable not connected"

Hello everyone.

I need to make a few programs for school, but i have a problem with the E-blocks.
I have the E-blocks EB-006 en installed flowcode 5. The problem is that flowcode tel me that the "USB cable is not connected" when i want chipconfigurate en thats the reason that i cant run a program ...
