Where is the System requirements? Flowcode 7 free version installed without any warnings, but if I want to start, i got this:

Does the XC Compiler in a "Standard" Chip Pack Version have a Limit in RAM or optimization ?
does the XC Compiler in a "Professional" Chip Pack Version have a Limit in RAM or optimization ?

or is the same Version in Standard and Professional and have no Limit in Ram ...

Are you running XP? I think Flowcode v7 needs Vista or higher to run.

You do not seem to get the concept of a BETA or pre-release version of software. This version of the software has bugs and limitations, it is not the final product. Matrix never told you it was. Matrix is working on fixing the known issues and will provide the normal release next week. Next ...

Only the online activation is working in the current Beta, the manual activation will not work in this release. Next release it should work.

You can open FC6 projects. A work around while waiting for a fix is to use FC6 to convert the project first, then open it in FC7.

A side note: Matrix is aware there are issues, that is why they did not release FC7. However, a large number of people were eagerly awaiting FC7 and pushing to get ...

Thinking about if brexit has allready got its toll... Finland is part of EU and its freedom to buy from anyone you want... if the update price from local distributor shows out too high, my money might go aswell to elektor.com pocket then...

When preordering from Matrix site, Finland is not on the list of countries, or should Finns select Åland Islands (which is part of Finland...) or even better, Sweden? :D

I am currently successfully using the (MCP23017) chip, I use 4 of them for port expanders.
pin 33 on the 18f4550 is used in the hardware connection for the (MCP23017).

Now the problem is that the TCPIP ENC28j60 makes use of the SDI pin (mis0) also requires the use of pin 33 ,

make a backup from your existing "TCPIP_ENC28J60.fcpx" example rename it to "TCPIP_ENC28J60.fcpx.bak"

you must download the "TCPIP_ENC28J60.fcpx" and save it on your flowcode install

The TCPIP ENC28j60 makes use of the SDI pin (mis0).
This pin is also used for my I/O expander chips (MCP 23017).
The question is can we use this pin simultaneously on both components.

do you really want connect an I2C Portexpander to the SPI ?
or do you overlap config I2C on same Mosi Pin?
