Hi Medelec35, yes you're right, I just set flowcode and pp.exe back to being scanned as normal and the outcome of the compiler is still ok. Sorry for getting ahead of myself in my previous comment. Thanks for the advice.

Hi, I have just adjusted Kaspersky, setting it to allow (and not to scan) anything to do with boostc and pp.exe and flowcode while I was at it (as you suggested Martin) - also - in addition - I had to do these settings to "boostlink" This has cured the problem.
