Precomplied Test File Problem

I am using EB019 board (AVR MCU). I want test this board. I download the V2 technical data sheet and precomplied test file. In technical data sheet to test this board on page

Appendix 1 – Circuit diagram

in article

5. Testing this product
10) Navigate to the program EB194Test.hex
11) Press the program button. This will program the ATMEGA324P with the test program
12) Check the illumination of all LEDs

But the precomplied file is 90s1200.hex. I assumed that it will also work. Programmed this in MCU ATMEGA324P.
Insert EB-004 LED board into Port B of the Atmel AVR® Board.
It does not work.

My question is
1) From where to download EB194Test.hex file
2) Is 90s1200.hex and EB194.hex are same then where is mistake.

The file has now been corrected to be the right file for the ATMEGA324P test routine.

You may have tio right click the link and "save as" to stop the file from being opened in the web browser.

THANKS FOR CORRECTION. NOW IT IS PROGRAMMED BY AVR STUDIO 4.
LED GLOW D7 ONE BY ONE FROM D0 TO D7 AND IS WORKING SATISFACTORILY.
