Cant able to make lCD work in PIC18F86J60

Hi Team,

Iam not able to make work the LCd display in PIC18F86J60. I added the schematic FYI. Kindly help me out. I also added the Simple program of LCD dsiplay.

And Im also failed to code the RS232 components and make it work on bord. Kindly explain me that how to proceed or this is the BUG ?

Does a simple 1 second flasher (LED on/LED off) using the LED connected to RJ5 work?

To get further help on the device your using, you must first register for the V5 section,
