Setting internal/external oscilator and frequency

I can not find where can I set if the microcontroller (PIC12F629 in this case) is using an internal or external oscillator, and the oscillator frequency (depending on what external crystal is used and so on). Where is this option located and how can I do this?

BTW, I am a complete beginner when it comes to microcontrollers and programming. :/

Hi go to build on the menu rail then project options which will the open the popup window with tabs under configure is where you do the configurations and in the general tab you set your clock frequency
