LINAK ACTUATOR LA37 can now only run in or out

Hi every one
Problem with my solar tracker
Uses ECIO40P for tracker control
LINAK ACTUATOR LA37 can now only run in or out.
But Hall A and B no longer work

So why do I want to change the codes a bit?
Want a driving range at minim Down> 40) AND Up> 50 Max
A certainty that the tracker works in this area
But do you have a suggestion for changing the codes pictured below?

Just found out that LINAK AKTUATOR LA37 is defective .
The spindle motor works
But the signals from LINAK ACTUATOR Hall A and Hall B no longer works!
