Hi, how do i simulate that there is a RFID card when i simulate? the simulation just shows there is no card detected? can somebody help?

Short answer - You can't, the RFID component does not simulate.
Long answer - Unless you fudge it. i.e. you put in a dummy return value that would be returned from the component macro should there be a card present.
I would recommend having the hardware and developing/testing on the hardware using Flowcode and ICD.
