FAT16 stops by "wait for card"

Hallo
The example "Create_File.fcf" is not working with Flowcode V5.1 but with v4.5.
I used the same hardware with both versions.
PIC 18F458, SD card.
Has anybody a solution?

Hello
The Program is the example delivered by Matrix Multimedia and is called : "Create_File.fcf" under FAT. I came back to this Program for testing because my original application did not work any^more under V5.1
I have to ad, that I have not used the hardware configuration of the FAT, because it is used by a other task.
I used PortC:
Chip Select 0
Clock 1
Data in 2
Data out 5
