Hi,

I have just done the latest patch to bring my V3.0 up to V3.1.0.31. I now have two RS232 icons! one of which works and the other generates a warning box "Problem adding the component".

Its not a serious problem (i think) however i would like to have the button menu functions cleaned up.

I did search for info on this subject but found nothing. looking forward to a fix.

i have also rebooted (i read other threads where this has fixed other issues after updates).

One way around this would be to go to "view...components" and untick one of the RS232 entries. You may need to experiment to find the correct one.

Job done...

no need to experiment as the order in the compont selection option matches the user layout window and it was the top RS232 icon which no longer functioned.
