I have been searching on several sites, i give up now. :?

I'm looking for a Pic with a 12bit ADC, internal ref + and an internal clock.
Memory and speed not really matter, must be supported by Flowcode v5

Is there a more simple tool than Microchip product selector, so you can see whether it is supported by FC.
First you need a lot of effort to make a selection, to find out later the chip is not supported in FC

Hi
I guess you already tried PIC18f1936 but did you tried 18F14K50. This also has the feature you are looking for.

This one is also helpful..for general selection not for 12-bit adc and internal Vref..I guess that can only be done by Goggling.
