I had reported a bug which involved the pwm channels of the above specified micro. I forgot to say that this chip has an alternative channel for PWM Channel 2.
This PWM channel is located in on the following ports and pins:

$PORTC.1 & &PORTE.7 <<- which cannot be selected in the properties window.
