Generic SPI Application

A general observation to report that may have implications for some projects...
I've discovered that Boost-C will not compile unless normally-unused pins of the SPI component (i.e. DAC_en and NVM_en) are actually assigned to physical pins. Specifying 'Unconnected' gives rise to this error, so the ability to do this would facilitate true generic application.
