Allow inheretance of parameters from child components

In the settings manager we can currently (advanced tab) inherit macros from a sub-component. It would be very useful if a selectable set of properties from (all) sub components could be 'inherited' as well. Currently when using for instance an SPI component in a new component all relevant properties need to be added to the new component in order for users to be able to set them. This results in a lot of code duplication, especially when dealing with hardware SPI with re-mappable I/O pins (this requires populating lists with appropriate choices as well as pushing changes to the child component.)
