hi

after you add SPI_MASTER Icon

be sure, that you change setup follow:

( Standard )
Clock Phase = Leading Edge

change it to
Clock Phase = Trailing Edge

now it run like a charme for me
solved and done.
will update user components with MCP23S17 ICON / flowchart for test and play

one little mistake
the
IOCON.HAEN must be 0x08
i have wrote in code 0x04
