This may help, but is a bit old:
http://www.flowcode.co.uk/faq/index.php? ... light=icd3
There's also information here:
http://www.flowcode.co.uk/wikiv7/index.p ... _.28NEW.29
You should also be able to use the "ipecmd.exe" tool to program the ICD3, but I don't know the correct command line parameters.

Thank you, it does not work.
I use Windows 10 (64 bit)
I have MPLAB v3.35 installed.
The IPE window does not start.

Hi. Could it possibly be that your path has 'V3.30' and you have V3.35 installed.

Hi Speed64,
Any joy with this? If not then what programmer settings are you using and we will double check them for you.

Hellow:
When I start the programmer manually following is specified as the destination.
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microchip\MPLABX\v3.35\sys\java\jre1.8.0_91\bin\javaw.exe" -jar "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microchip\MPLABX\v3.35/mplab_ipe/ipe.jar"
Running in:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microchip\MPLABX\v3.35\sys\java\jre1.8.0_91\bin"
without parameters
