To test our first time a module with flowcode 7, I choosed one modul from Olimex. Please see link.
Can you make me a suggestion to program the module and debug? What hardware do I need for that modul?
an ICD2, ICD3 from microchip or an ICD-U64 from ccs or can I use the USB connector?

Hi
The board has a connector called miniICSP which if there for programming from a PicKIT3 ,
you can add the PicKIT 3 in Flowcode and then you can directly program from Flowcode(you need to intall MPLABX 3.30 or 3.35 as Flowcode use the
IPE tool from MPLAB for programming).

You can also use ICD3 however you will need the ICD to PICKIT Adaptor as the ICD use a RJ45 connector in my opinion the uC32 board from Digilent is a better option
as it is Adruino Compatible it can be used with many of the Arduino shields as well

For debugging your Flowcode Flowchart you can use the FlowKIt V2 from MATRIX
