PIC32 Delays
PIC32 devices not resetting correctly under ICD - fixed ICD reset function
ICD variable read/write confirmed working from Virtual address 0xA0000000 onwards
PIC32 ICD timeout increased from 1000 to 65535 to ensure comms are more reliable
Fixed a problem with fround functions where the definition added 0.5 but then called a function which added another 0.5

Fixed an issue where the override comms delay settings was not being saved when OK was clocked

Fixed an issue where if the target device of a project ever got changed then you could sometimes end up with both a .cof file and a .elf file existing at the same time which would cause issues with ICD variable values not displaying correctly if the wrong file was read.
Fixed an issue where .elf files were being generated with the wrong file extension for PIC32 devices
Fixed an issue with the Flowkit 2 clock and data pin selection in Ghost settings
Fixed a crash when using Flowkit 2 with PIC32 devices
Fixed an issed with Ghost on Flowkit 2 not correctly reading and writing to memory on PIC32 devices
