I purchased a key, last night, added my key to my Matrix account, downloaded the software 3 times and continue to get the same error when trying to activate my license.

Activation Failed Please contact Technical Support
Error: V0W000007e5Nv

I tried downloaded the key, for manual activation, but the Matrix site after minutes returns an error. Therefore I am unable to complete a manual activation. Any thoughts?

This is my first experience with, Matrix Software, and it is quite frustrating.

Sorry to hear you are having problems, however, please try the following link to resolve your activation problem:

It's a bit tricky to get use to at first but, the above should help identify what may be going wrong.

Also, ensure your anti virus is not blocking the activation processes which are required to allow your copy of Flowcode 7 to 'phone home' to get necessary activation key.

Hi Dave,

Thank you for your response. I have confirmed that the Key has been confirmed on the website and have confirmed that both my Firewall and Anti Virus software are disabled. I tried again 4 times, though I continue to have the same issue.

Great, so just to clarify, your purchase is listed as 'owned' within your online account at Matrix. Now, from your installed Flowcode 7 software, you are trying to activate using the 'Active Purchase' by inputting your account details. Q. What is the message you are getting now?

I have just noticed the time stamp of your post and compared them to when the forum has updated. There appears to be either heavey demand (which is not posible) or there are server issues. Please could I ask you to wait untill tomorrow before trying anything else. By then, the server may have got itself sorted.

I will check again in the morning, EST Time, which I believe is -5 Hours your time? As of now, the same issue persists.

Hi Chris

This may appear to be daft, but could you attempt to re-register your key to your online account. However, this time, at the bottom of the page, when you press the 'Add key to Account' button, please wait a little while. I just want to ensure your previous attempt had't 'timed out'. If it had been successful, you will be unable to add key. You will be informed with the 'Key Already used' statement. This will eliminate this problem.

I made another attempt at adding the key and I get this error:

* This key is already flagged as being consumed, please visit your 'User Account Panel' to check this is not already the case.

Hello,

I have just checked the matrix account with the username Cjuried.

Currently there is only an AVR chip pack linked to the v7 account, this key begins with 84CC....

Is this correct or are you expecting more?

If you are expecting more then you can you try again to add them to your Matrix account or if you have problems PM me with your other keys and I will investigate these for you.

I have refreshed your license so hopefully it will activate correctly for you now inside Flowcode.

I just check and was able to Activate the Key. When I purchased the key, I was hoping to have the features available that I use in Atmel Studio 7, for my AVR series chips. Did I purchase the correct license or am I limited on functionality? Thank you.

You have bought the correct license to be able to generate and compile for an AVR/Arduino target. Currently you can only access the free components but these should be enough to allow you to do a fair amount and other component packs can always be added at a later date if needed.

I purchased a Flowcode license with the holiday pricing and received a
Paid Invoice. I tried to activate the product but realized that I
did not have any information on my account to enter to actually
activate Flowcode 7.2.

I created an account and do not know how to reconcile my purchase
to the new account.

How do you get help with a problem like this?
Is there an email address that should be used.

Here you should be able to attach the licence to your account if it is not tied to any account. You need to login to your Matrix account first.

Thanks---I tried to contact Ben but got the following:
"We are sorry, but you are not authorised to use this feature. You may have just registered here and may need to participate more to be able to use this feature."
I will keep trying---they already have my money...

Unfortunately, neither suggestion worked. I cannot leave a PM for Ben due to a rule
that requires more time on this forum. The second suggestion rejection what I thought was the key
for my product. The problem remains that I am unable to get 1) the activation code I should have been given
and 2) tie that and the license I never received to an account I just created today. I have my Paid invoice
and that is it. It lists a Janet King---I have emailed her asking for help.

Any further help is appreciated.

If I may make a suggestion which may explain your missing activation code, could it be due to the following:

- after purchase of pack/feature add-on, you will receive an number of emails, one from 'sales' email address which is different to the one use to send out the invoice. Therefore, your email software may have placed the missing activation email into the spam folder or junk folder.

It would be worth checking just to make sure if it has.

(P.S. You may have to go into your on-line email account for some email providers to find these 'Hidden' folders)

Hi Wolvercode.

I've just checked your account and there is currently no Flowcode 7 key attached to it.

Please can you follow the instructions here to add the key you have purchased to your matrix account. Once you've done this the Flowcode activation should then work correctly.
