How can I change the optimizer level of the GNU ARM compiler?

And at which stage the Compiler is located in the Flowcode standard ?

The settings are in stm32comp.bat located in your Flowcode7 installation sub-directory \compilers\STARM\batch
You could create your own version of this and change the settings in Build->Compiler options to run yours instead of the default.
