Hi! This might be dumb question, but is the Ecio auto negotiating the usb serial speed or what? Don't see option to change it on the component when loaded to project?

There is no 'speed' when using USB as the USB protocol handles this transparently. For USB to serial converters the speed setting applies to the serial side of the converter, not the USB side.
