Cant Upgrade Flowcode

Gentlemen
On Nov 3 I sent the following email. Till today no response.

Flowcode Academic Web Query
Why is my account an ACADEMIC account when I have always purchased a Professional version of Flowcode? I seem to go through this all the time and it never gets straightened out.

I get a message that I have a Academic account and it won't let me proceed to upgrade!

Hi,

Please can you PM me with your account name or account email address and if you have it your Flowcode Key you got after purchasing.

Additionally can you tell me where you sent the email to?

EDIT: I have done some investigating and found that the email was received by our sales team yesterday. I have found the account and seen that one of the keys that was purchased in Flowcode 6 was flagged as an academic key, i have now removed this from the account so you should be able to upgrade your Flowcode. Please let me know if you still have any problems.

The problem has been resolved. I have purchased v8 and the associated packs etc.
