dsPIC30F40xx UART Component does not work

Hi Team.
I am having issues with the UART on dsPIC30F40xx devices
Nothing is working no TX or RX and also the RX Interrupt is never triggered .

Using Micro C all is working just as an info so this rules out my hardware,
I am in the middle of a urgent project an now this happens (as usual with urgent projects).
Please help me I have done to much work to switch tool chains now :roll:

I appreciate any help or info

Your Receive_UART_DATA() does not call UART Receive, maybe that is causing issues?
