I cant find in the info that flowcode supports ATtiny15?
Is this true or am I just blind?

Unfortunately there are several AVR devices that are not supported by the Flowcode C compiler due to limitations in their cores. These include:
AT90S1200
ATtiny11
ATtiny12
ATtiny15
