Compiling crashes Flowcode V4

Hello,

I used an example flowcode program from the library off the website - when I try to compile to C, flowcode abruptly terminates without warning or any error messages - I have to restart flowcode - this is consistent everytime I try to compile.

Thanks for any help!

Hello

Please can you tell me which example is doing this and where did you get it from? If you like you can attach the program to this forum topic and I will take it from there.

Ben,

Thanks - attached is the voltage to float program. I added some logic to trigger on a specific voltage level and set an LED to on. Also added a button for reset. The simulation works fine.

I've noticed that if a create a flowchart from scratch in V4 it works fine ( compiles to C ok) If I use another file that was not created from scratch this is when the crash occurs.

To address your other question the file came from the example library on the flowcode support page

Thanks,

George

Hello George

Ok I have been able to replicate your problem. I have made a few small ammendments to your file to allow it to work correctly and passed it onto the Flowcode engineers for testing. Hopefully I will be back in touch with a working version shortly.

Hello George

Ok here is an ammended LED component that should fix the problem you are having. Simply open the archive file and copy the .OCX file into your Flowcode V4/Components directory. The program should then compile correctly.
