FLOWCODE 3.6 and PPP vrs WINDOWS 7

I just changed my workstation, and it use WINDOW 7, when I try to install my Flowcode Ver 3.6 , and when the PPP is being installed the system show me an error “DPInst.exe does not execute on your current Operating System”, and the option of configuration does not work, Why?

what can I do ?
