IrDa Flow Code Topic Question

Dear All:
I saw this topic of IrDA and e-block, and I test the FC file, it works OK but I afraid something is wrong with output pin 6 (Port D) I can turn on the output pin, but I cannot turn off, I try to find if something is wrong in the FC file, but I need some helpΒ΅
