User E-Block Infrared Camera Trigger

I have added another design for a User E-Block to my website. This one is for a camera Infra Red Camera trigger. I have also added the MPLAB assembler source for firing the shutter on a Nikon D70 DSLR camera. This source was used to test the circuit on a breadboard E-Block.
