Hi,
I have a major problem in that I cannot get a PIC18F1220 to run even a simple program, I have set the osccon to 0x62 which is supposed to select theinternal osc and run at 4mHz, disabled the watchdog and LVP, but can't get any joy. I have tried with 5 chips but get the same non result. Is there another register that needs to be set? please can you help thanks

Your Flowcode program and configuration settings all looks fine to me.

Maybe try removing the delays in your program just to double check everything is correct.

What hardware are you using to program the devices? Also how are you running the devices? Do you have a pull up resistor attached to the MCLR pin etc?
