Looking for an Engineer

I am currently designing a "Car Tracker System" . . . I am using PIC18F2525, a GPS and a GSM chip. . .

The MCU should retrieve important from eeprom on reset, and connect to gprs. . .
in the Infinite Loop, the MCU should repeat: look for GPS variables, look for port inputs, look for GSM instructions, respond to alerts thru gprs/sms. . .

I would like the help of a competent enginner. . . preferably with the background experience (i can pay) . . . or anyone who wants to learn collectively. . . .
