Writing/reading with RFID E-block

Hi,

I'm working on a project with the RFID e-block, and i'm encountering a few problems.

My project is to activate stuff like light or heating or even door opening, with an I-code card. To do that, I wanted to write a simple sequence onto the I-code card, and then when reading a certain sequence it would launch either the light program or heating program.

I'm working with flowcode, and I'm using the block diagrams.
I've downloaded every examples I could find on matrixmultimedia.com and modified them for my project.

I have 3 I-code cards.
The problem is that whenever I write a sequence of number on one card (say 1 2 3 4 0 0 0 0), when I try to read all the cards, all of them have the same sequence of numbers!

I think that what I'm doing is reading the RFID buffer, and that is the reason it doesn't work.
But there are only 3 different RFID reading functions, and none of them seems to work.

Honestly, I don't know what to do. I've been trying to fix this problem for maybe 3 weeks without any success.

I'd be sooo greatful for any kind of help!

Thanks

PS: those are the program I used

Hello,

If you have the RFID solution, example program RFID ex4.fcf, reads and writes I-Code card data.

The reading and writing of data is a 2-stage process.

The 'Read_RFID_Block' and 'Write_RFID_Block' macros transfer blocks of data between the card and the local buffer.

The 'Read_RFID_Buffer' and 'Write_RFID_Buffer' allow individual bytes to be transfered between the local buffer and the main program.

The example program reads a specified data block from the card into the buffer. Then reads and buffer into the program and manipulates the values. Then writes the buffer back to a specified data block on the card.

Hi,

Oooooooohh!! That's why!!
Now I get it!
What I did was on read_RFID_block and then wander why it didn't work! But I didn't check the buffer afterwards
So that was my problem!

Thank you so much! I was really going nuts with this

Really thank you!
