Could you be so kindly to tell me if I can connect my ATMEL JTAG ICE as a debugger using FLOWCODE 4 demo
and which configuration option I have to use? This programmer / debugger use COM1

Sorry the only debugger that currently works with Flowcode is the Flowkit device or EB006 PIC multiprogrammer. As your working with AVR the Flowkit is really you only debugging option. You may be able to use your JTAG debugger by taking the C code generated by Flowcode and loading it into AVR studio and then referencing your own debugging routines.
