Error at I2C (19LF1937)

hello,
I have a PIC 16LF1937 and a Temperature Sensor MCP9800 and I would love to read a I2C message from the MCP9800.
The first error is I can't config the PIC in Flowcode in the PPP the error message is "Unrecognised chip on command line <PIC16LF1937>"
At that I work with HI-TECH compiler. In the PPP for 16F1937 I can't set the "Internal Oscillator Frequency Select bits" and further the PPP don't supported the PIC16LF1939/16F1939.
The second error is I get following error from HI-TECH compiler
