Programming a PIC18F13K50 by USB...

I'm trying to program a circuit containing a PIC18F13K50 device and want to program it via a USB cable, preferably directly from Flowcode.
The USB checks meters OK, the power and ground are OK when plugged in (5.1v dc), bot the Data lines to the USB port are ok as well and I have easy access to the prog and mclr pins on the circuit but am unsure how to set up the circuit.
Can anyone help please?
