Re: Digital Clock
Hi Benj,
Once again thank you very much for your assitance. The circuit is working prefectly now and the problem was my switch setting !!

Hello everyone,

Hi Benj
I am sorry I still can't get this working, although simulation is fine, but when I connect the hardware nothing happens. Is it possible for me to E-mail my flowcode for you check please. Thank you.

Re: stepper motor
Hi Benj,
Once again thank you, but I think I didn't explain myself proprely !! The motor driver side is fine and I have used H- bridge for my 4 pin motor, as you suggested. I am not sure about my connection on PIC device 16f88. There are no pulses from the port on the device and this let me think ...

Re: stepper motor
Hi Benj,
I did try, but I am afraid I can't get it working. Is there anything I should do on the hardware ? I have basically compiled and programmed the chip(Successfully) and layed the hardware by connecting the ports to a stepper motor, power and the earth. Many thanks.
Regards
Ben

Re: stepper motor
Hi Benj
Thank you for your reply. I am very novice when it comes to programming. Although I have tried to look for timer interrupt, but I can't work it out. I am not too sure how to use a direction flag and a counter variable.

stepper motor
Hello
I am trying to get a stepper motor to rotate 180 degrees and back, with respect to a sensor attached to a port. I know I need to introduce some kind of interrupt, but so far I have failed. would anyone give me a little advice on this please. Many thanks.

Re: Pulse Width Timing
Hi Steve,
Thank you very much for your help. Ever since I changed the command parameters to -F"%f.hex", but not -F%f.hex, I am able to program my PICs and so far so good.

Re: Return code 34
Hi Benj,
The hardware is Microchip development board and my OS is XP. On a separate post I was advised to change some programmer setting to "F%f.hex". I am now able to download my program and so far so good. I think the other PICs are totally damaged.

Re: Return code 34
Hi Benj
well, thats what I thought, but I have checked the settings and it is not code protected. I have also used new PIC, in case one is damaged. results are the same. if however I program my own very simple code, the programming is done and the PIC works. So far I have used seven PICs which are ...

Hi medelec35
I did try your suggestion, with no success. Also after receiving the code, I can't use the PICs for anyother program for some reasons!!

I did try your program, but I kept on receiving error code 37. I also receive error code 34, when I try to use very simple programs from the flowcode4 example file. To make matters worse, after receiving the code 34, I can not use the PICs anymore. Please advice. Thank you.

Return code 34
Hello
Can anyone help me please. I seem to spent more time on resolving issues than programming. This is the latest, I am using PICKKit2.
The program itself is very simple one and it did work before! I have ofcouse checked the connection and setup many times.
