Hello,
I would like to know if the in circuit debuger still works with the new MPLAB ICD3 instead of the MPLAB ICD2 ?
Thanks
Philippe

Hello Steve
The Question was MPLAB_ICD 2/3 not for PICKit 2/3

Re: ICD3 instead ICD2
Sorry - that's a "Monday morning" answer! I've had a coffee and I'm more awake now...
As far as I know, the connections for the ICD3 are identical to the ICD2, and therefore it should work in the same way on our EB-006 and HP-488 boards.
Note that we do not have direct software support for the ICD2 or the ICD3. You will only be able to use these tools from within MPLAB.

Thanks for your answer.
You mean that if want to use the in circuit debugger with flowcode V4, I must have a picKit3 (or 2) instead of a ICD3 (or 2) ?

Hello Philippe
For simulate with flowcode v4.1 you must have a EB006 V7 at the moment (later comes a stand alone tool)!
The PICKit 2/3 is optional

Hello saschech
You mean that I can use the in circuit debugger (not just simulate) with the USB connection if I have a EB006 V7 ? I don't need the ICD2 connection ?
Thanks
