Problems using ADC

Hi

We have done a program using 7 of the ADC's on an mega32. It's working when simulated in Flowcode.
The ADCs is to measure 7 voltages, and read the average out on PORTD. But when the program is downloaded to a STK500 board. the ADC doesn't seem to do the conversion.

What can be the problem?
